Test Ap-10 in sf park

Before the test, I first walked slowly until my heartbeat was over 90, then I was running up to the hill. The test results were: The blood oxygen was maintained between 97-99 (pass). and the heartbeat had reached 141 (the maximum heartbeat to my age is 220-76 = 144). There was no dizziness ( pass), and then walked down the mountain steps, the heartbeat dropped steadily, without any irregular arrhythmia (pass). Ap-10 tester can measure during swing motion (pass).
