Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes. We offer free shipping on orders of US$30 or more for all products of our Lepu Creative Medical Store lepucreative.com.

When do you ship?

  • We need 24 hours to 48 hours on business days to prepare your order, most of the packages will be shipped out within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays.

How can I know my order status?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is also available on your "Order Details" page. You can enter your Order Tracking Number and track your order status anytime here: https://www.17track.net/en

What payment methods does your website accept?

  • We accept the popular online secure and convenient payment methods via PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards: Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover. We are fully PayPal and Credit/Debit Card verified so you can always shop with confidence.

Can I get the goods successfully that I purchased?

  • We have our own freight forwarding, such as DHL, FedEx, Yanwen which can pass the Chinese customs. Secondly, our export qualifications are complete, and we will not encounter the problem of stuck goods when exporting.

How long is the warranty period?

  • If the product purchased on lepucreative.com itself has quality problems(not caused by customers), we support a free warranty period of 2 years (the ECG Monitors are 18 months warranty period), calculated from the date the customer purchased the product.
  • We warrant that if you use our products as intended, they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years (18 months warranty for ECG Monitors) from the date of purchase new. We do not warrant that our products will be free from general wear or damage due to misuse, modification, or improper maintenance.
  • If you believe you have received a defective product, we will repair or replace the defective product or its defective components under the terms of this limited warranty. We offer replacement warranty services for the remaining unexpired period of the original product warranty. If you need to repair or replace your product, please contact us immediately at lepucreative@lepu-medical.com within the 2-year warranty (within 18 months warranty for ECG Monitors).
  • This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and products purchased directly from us. Our products are only legally sold by us and our authorized sellers, who must comply with our policies, procedures and quality control standards. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This limited warranty does not guarantee that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

If I don't like the product(s) I paid for, how can I return or exchange it?

  • We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 natural days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your item(s) to request a return or exchange.
  • If you don't like the unit you paid and the package have not shipped yet, we are glad to exchange to that one you want, but you need to pay if there is the price balances.
