• Lepu Creative Medical (lepucreative.com) is not responsible for any duties and taxes that apply to your order. All duties and taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Package Damages:

• If you receive your order that is damaged during shipping, please save all packing materials and damaged goods and contact us at lepucreative@lepu-medical.com immediately. We will process it for you within 3 working days.

• If you provide us with a false address, we are not responsible for redelivering the goods for free.
• Countries or regions cannot be shipped if you cannot place orders.
• As the retail price doesn't include taxes, duties, VAT, or other hidden charges from customers' local customs regulations, please kindly note you may be required to pay for import duties by your local customs, it's on your charge, but we are here for you if you need any help!
